The Stop 0x7B Blue Screen of Death
It seems that Microsoft has recently changed their original knowledge base article 314082 that provided excellent information on correcting the Stop 0x0000007B Error. The current Knowledge Base is useless compared to the original. Luckily I have a copy of the original version.

...but of course the whole Driver.cab thing is a relec of the past, so where to look?: C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository (maybe even: C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\mshdc.inf_amd64_dd6f3ee5b45a090a )
