  • Open Media Dialog, File Tab, Add (Select a video file)
  • Convert / Save (Convert)
  • Settings Field; Convert Radio Button, Profile, "Wrench", Profile Name, MP3, Audio Codec Tab, Codec MP3, Bitrate (320 or best), Sample Rate (48000 Hz or better)
  • Destination Field; Destination File (select)
  • Start
