BitLocker and Windows

The Windows software engineers didn't think far enough ahead or decided this was good enough.

Here's are the questions: What if a disk drive is removable and in an external USB drive bay? Can it be encrypted with BitLocker and also have it possible for the Auto-Unlock feature to work. Sure!

But wait... What if that same drive is in an external eSATA Drive Bay (that's actually a thing)? Well, Windows can't tell the difference between SATA and eSATA, so the Auto-Unlock feature won't work. Unless...

Put it in a USB Drive Bay first, then back into the eSATA drive bay. That should work.
