To reset the cache in Windows 11, most websites, including ChatGPT miss two items. Below are the FOUR Folders to delete or rename to "OLD";
- C:\ProgramData\USOPrivate (missed by most websites)
- C:\ProgramData\USOShared (missed by most websites)
- C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
- C:\Windows\system32\catroot2

Oh, and also delete all non-present devices (Device Manager) and other installed software (Programs and Features), plus probably do a Registry Scan and clean things up too.
